BAT54C

The BAT54C is a common-cathode dual Schottky diode array commonly used in small-signal processing and supply rail protection. Integrating two Schottky diodes in one package saves board space and simplifies assembly. The Schottky structure offers a relatively low forward voltage drop, though exact values must be confirmed from the original datasheet.
